EU and Russia Launch Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot

Regulator Activity: The European Patent Office and the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property have launched a patent prosecution highway pilot which will leverage fast-track patent examination procedures already available at both offices. The pilot will end on 31 January 2020.
