Government to Tackle Pregnancy and Maternity Discrimination

Government Activity: The government will take steps to ensure that pregnant employees and new mothers are sufficiently protected from redundancy, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has announced. The government will also consider further guidance for courts and claimants about existing flexibilities in the employment tribunal system.
