Government Working to Ensure Future of Legal System Post-Brexit

Government Activity: The government is working on proposals aimed at maintaining the pre-eminence of the UK's legal system after the nation has departed the European Union, according to the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Thomas. A series of working parties will be established to progress the proposals and agree delivery targets and timetables.
