Consultation on Changes to Merger Investigations in Smaller Markets

Competition Law Consultation: The Competition and Markets Authority is inviting views from all interested stakeholders on a proposal to raise the threshold for markets considered sufficiently important to justify a merger reference to £15 million and to raise the threshold for markets generally considered not sufficiently important to £5 million.
