EU Court Adviser Defends UK Gambling Law

Legal Opinion: The UK and Gibraltar should be considered a single Member State for the purposes of the application of Article 56 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the EU, meaning that the UK's new gambling rules are not in breach of EU law, according to the Advocate General for the Court of Justice for the EU.
