Outcome of Consultation on EU Law on Competition Damages

Consultation Report: Following consultation, the UK government has decided on its approach to implementing the EU directive on rules governing actions for competition damages. The new rules will apply only to claims where both the infringement and harm occurred after the Directive has come into force.
