Consultation on Improving Corporate Governance

Law Consultation: The government is inviting views from businesses, investors, workers and members of the public on how to enhance the UK’s corporate governance framework. The consultation addresses executive pay, employee and customer voices in the boardroom and corporate governance in large private businesses.
