Court Rules Third Party Funders Liable for Indemnity Costs

UK Ruling: The Court of Appeal has ruled that commercial third party funders are liable to pay the indemnity costs of a litigant found to be guilty misconduct, regardless of whether they themselves are guilty of any discreditable conduct.
