Ruling Confirms Surveyor's Margin of Error Should Not Exceed 15%

UK Ruling: The UK High Court has ruled that the permissible margin for error in surveyor professional negligence cases should not generally exceed 15% and surveyors facing a claim can only argue a margin of error greater than 15% in the most exceptional of circumstances.
