Consultation on Water Code Appeals Process

Regulator Consultation: The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs is inviting views from water companies and water supply and sewerage licensing (WSSL) licencees on the appeals process which will allow them to challenge Ofwat’s decisions to revise certain codes regulating the WSSL retail market.
