Letting Agents to be Banned From Charging Fees to Tenants

Property Regulation: Letting agents in England will be banned from charging fees to tenants, the government has announced in the Autumn Statement 2016. The executive director of the UK Association of Letting Agents warns that the move could result in an increase in costs for landlords.
