Employment Tribunal Judgements to be Made Available Online

Tribunal Services: HM Courts and Tribunals Service has confirmed that new employment tribunal decisions will be made available online by early 2017. The move aims to increase the transparency of the employment tribunal system as well as providing an incentive for parties in a dispute to settle.
