Consultation on Tobacco and Herbal Products Notification Fees

Regulator Consultation: The Department of Health is inviting views from tobacco and herbal products manufacturers and importers on the introduction of proportionate fees for the notification of tobacco and herbal products and the testing of cigarettes. The fees are expected to be implemented in 2017.
