Tribunal Judges May Provisionally Assess Employment Cases

Employment Law Guide: Employment tribunal judges may now provisionally assess disputes submitted to the tribunal, with a view to encouraging early settlement of cases, according to new guidance issued by the president of the employment tribunals.
