Workplace Protected Conversations Privilege Cannot be Waived

Tribunal Ruling: The Employment Appeal Tribunal has confirmed in a recent ruling that the privilege afforded to protected conversations under UK employment law cannot be waived and extends not only to the content of protected conversations, but also to the fact of the conversations taking place.
