Protected Deposits See Record Increase

Housing Law Statistics: The total value of deposits protected across England and Wales increased by £379 million to £3.567 billion as of the end of March 2016, demonstrating the continuing growth of the private rented sector, according to new data from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
