London Zero Carbon Standard Rules Coming into Force

Housing Regulation: From 1 October 2016, London will apply a zero carbon standard to new residential developments and require commercial developments to meet standards that are 35% stricter than Part L of Building Regulations or pay cash in lieu into a carbon offset fund.
