New Patent Rules Guidance

IP Guide: The Intellectual Property Office has issued new guidance on changes to the patent rules coming into force on 1 October 2016, and on 6 April 2017, including the introduction of a new notification letter to inform patent applicants that their applications meet all the requirements for grant of a patent.
