Landlords Warned on Damp Complaints Handling

Property Ruling: The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks is warning letting agents and landlords to take tenants' complaints about damp seriously after a St Helens Landlord was ordered to pay over £3,500 in penalties for failure to investigate and remedy damp problems in his property.
