Scottish Firms Encouraged to go 'Beyond' Environmental Laws Compliance

Regulator Activity: The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) intends to use its new powers to "encourage and support" those firms that choose to go beyond their environmental compliance duties as well as punishing those that fail to comply, according to SEPA's new regulatory strategy.
