Businesses Must Make Purposes of Actions Subject to Contract Clear

UK Ruling: A recent Court of Appeal ruling shows that in disputes over ‘the purpose’ of actions governed by commercial contracts, courts will only consider the “dominant purpose” of those actions, according to a litigation expert from Pinsent Masons.
