Director Not Liable for Worker Injury Despite Inadequate Insurance

UK Ruling: The Supreme Court has ruled that the sole director of an insolvent Scottish company was not liable in damages for an employee's injury, despite failing to ensure that adequate employers' liability insurance was in place.
