Court Rules on Time Limits for Warranty Breach Claims

UK Ruling: The Court of Appeal has ruled that a 20-day time limit for making claims for breaches of warranty as part of a share purchase agreement (SPA) took effect once the buyer was aware of the “proper basis for a claim”.
