Scottish Court Rules on Claim Notice Requirements

UK Ruling: Scotland's Court of Session has ruled that a claim letter sent by a company using the DX business to business delivery service was invalid as the contract specified that the notice had to be served either in person or by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
