Scotland Publishes Energy Efficiency Improvement Rules

New Regulation: The Scottish government will not incorporate proposals to require owners of non-domestic property to carry out energy efficiency improvements before selling or leasing the property with the Energy Performance Certificate regime and has instead drafted the proposals as a separate statutory instrument.
