Zero Hours Exclusivity Clauses Ban Comes into Force

New Regulation: New legislation giving workers on zero hours contracts the right to bring an employment tribunal claim if they have been punished on dismissed for breaching an exclusivity clause in their contract came into force on 11 January 2016.
