Sikh Safety Helmet Exemption Extension Comes into Force
Start Date: 1st October 2015
New Regulation: Under the Deregulation Act, an exemption for turban-wearing Sikhs from the requirement to wear head protection will be extended to all workplaces, effective from 1 October 2015.
